i just got done reading things to do instead of hurting yourself.
It's the calm before the store as what i call it. so much emotion and i don't know what to do with it. it's been over 7 months last time Si hopefully keep it that way but after 5 hours of negotiations with lawyers and still no end result i have had it! theres not a thing i can do neways.

maybe if i just stay glued to the computer i dunno help keeps echoing in my head over and over and a spiral is coming on
