When I'm stressed, I smoke a cigarette. When I smoke a cigarette, I do relax but I feel upset for smoking, then end up burning my arm with the cigarette. This is never-ending.

I sought help from my school counselor, who sent me to the school psychologist, who sent me to a mental health professional, who is now sending me to a psychiatrist and group therapy. I just want one person to rely on D:

Gee, that doesn't sound good. Have you started with the group and pdoc yet?

Not yet...and I've now decided to do individual therapy instead because the group one is supposed to be more focused on substance abuse. But I won't get to see the psychiatrist till like 4 weeks from now :/ hopefully therapy will help
