bad. (not serious. just bad) for no reason. wanted to again last nite. but didnt yet. i dont get it. my t appointment is sooner this time. i should be fine.

We all have our slips. What matters is that we try again. Do you know what triggered this particular self-harm? If not, maybe that would be something you and your T could talk about at your next appointment.

probably slipped wasnt the right word for me. sorry. i didnt stop. i just thought i wouldnt before my next appointment.

i think too much. thats mostly the problem. but its hard not to.

You won't be fine until you have worked on a lot of your issues in therapy. You have been through a lot in your life and these things really affected you. What you have been through would affect anyone.
