I want some more physical pain, just to get rid of the mental pain. Si just sounds sooo good right now, better than studying, or working. I hate this part.... when the si and sui thoughts take over. This is the part when if someone heard about this, I'd be back in the mental hospital, and away from my studies....must study... but I want si...

((((puzzclar))))

You know what is causing your suicidal and self-harm thoughts, which is a huge step. The fact that you have posted is great. You are strong, you can do this! I'm sure you have some distracting activities that you have done before to avoid SI...whatever is positive that works for you is awesome. For me, exercising and taking a long, hot bath are two activities that get me through a rough patch.

Keeping you in my thoughts.

I have a test to study for.... so this distraction just doesn't work but I have to study to get a good grade.

After the studying is done... I just hope I can find something to distract myself... that is enough to not...

Test went okay, now to catch up on my other classes, if that's possible...I have an assignment due at 1pm and and I don't know what I"m doing, and then another assignment due at midnight... (i'm hoping that one gets a little bit more time.)

Between the mental pain and the physical pain, I just want both to just go away... I'm not as sui as I was before, and I don't think I can tolerate more pain so si is out of the question. Normally I would go to the gym but that is not going to happen... grrr... that would help. All I want to do is curl up into a ball, and sleep.

AHHH where did the time go??? I have way to much to do, and not enough time to do it. Not to mention I have two jobs right now, and I'm a full time student. and trying to deal with all of the mental stuff, and the pain from the last Anxiety Attack... It's been a week, and my body has not recovered from it....

Besides my busyness, mentally I still have the urges and the sui thoughts, and with the pa in pdoc office, and they mentioned a crisis plan again, they think that I can't handle things right now... and at this time I'm ok...

That is great. It’s always nice to know why. Keep working at it and you’ll start to heal.
You can do it!
