no matter how my day goes atleast one thought of cutting goes through my head it has become an addiction since i was 14 ive got better i dont do it everyday maybe 3 times a week i just need it i hate being so depressed

that is the nature of cutting. i havent cut for a couple years, but still, i think about it. i would say at least a couple times a week. and its not because i am having a bad day. it will come out of no where, just all of a sudden. the thing is, just as quickly as it comes to mind, i can let the thought go. just because i think it, doesnt mean i have to do it.
