I haven’t exactly been keeping track but it’s been a few months since I last SI’d and I have to say it’s been amazing. I’ve pushed through the bad urges, and completely shut the relationship between my father and I down and I’m stronger because of it. I did what I had to, and now I feel like I have the strength to get through the tough times. I still get urges almost every day but I’ve found new ways to work through them. I don’t think I’ve ever been so proud of myself.

It’s just great to be back and to be able to say that I’m doing so well. I’ve kinda been MIA for a while.

Hugs to all those who need them and know I’m here for all of you if you need me.
Thanks for this!

That's fantastic news, thank you for posting this. I love reading success stories regarding SI on this forum, gives me hope that I can maintain my absence from SI as well.

Thank you all for your kind words. It’s very hard to keep myself from SIing sometimes but it’s been worth it. Things are starting to look up!
Thanks for this!

I'm so glad to hear this news, and on Thanksgiving (in the US). This is something to be grateful for. (this should be a bigger smile)

Last night was a bad but it’s alright, I’m not letting it get me down at all. It’s just a couple of stitches, I still have high expectations and high hopes. I gotta start my count all over, but oh well! Slip ups happen.

You have a great attitude, KeepHoldingOn. Yes, we all have our slip-ups, but trying again is what matters. You are an inspiration!

melissa.recovering It took me a long time to get this far but I’m glad I can be an inspiration. I just don’t think about slip ups as much anymore, they aren’t a huge deal, they happen.

Sannah thank you

Puzzy I’m trying as hard as I can and getting better every day
Thanks for this!
