Even if my mum is mad at me. I just feel angry and I would scratch my arms. Even if something has annoyed me, I still do it. I do it so I can release the anger. But scratching is less worse than cutting. I am still a piece of rubbish and I am a burden to people.

Are you feeling bad about the jobs issue?

It might benefit you to look at the reasons why you're self-harming. I would suspect that there might be multiple reasons why. A therapist can also be helpful in this aspect. I know you are reluctant to get help, but it would benefit you. Posting on PC does have its benefits, but it can only go so far. Having a professional's input is important, because they may see things about you that you haven't yet realized.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

Can you talk about your anger?

Why do you think you are rubbish and a burden?

I am a burden because my mum is mad at me most of the time. I normally am a angry person.

Maybe she has an anger problem that has nothing to do with you? Angry people are just angry. She would be angry no matter who she was around.
