Work was fine, then I traveled to another city after coming home, and on the way home, while driving, more sui thoughts happened, needless to say, they continued. So much so that for a few hours it paralyzed me, and I didn't do much at all. Not to mention the headache/migraine. I'm not sure how much longer I can continue with these thoughts. I haven't told anyone this time, irl. I'm tempted to, but I know what he would say, the words I don't want to hear. I'm scared, I don't want to hear those words, nor be taken to a place I don't want to be. I've driven by there 4 times in the last week, trying to snap out of it, so to speak. SI didn't help at all.

I'm back to faking about how i really am doing, I'll be around people today, it will detract me, for a time. I'll be trying to just ignore how I am doing, and just get through the day.
