Anybody else do this?

Mine are basically:
<ul type="square"> [*] cutting[*] not eating properly [*]ODing occasionally [*]drinking alcohol knowing it will make me feel more depressed and more self-destructive[*]going out for "walks" at night knowing it might be dangerous [*]Sabotaging my own education[/list]
I don't always do these things. Wondering what other ppl's forms of self-destruction are...

I do:
. Cutting
. Not Eating and Taking Laxies
. Burning
. Over Exercise
. Sit on the Internet all day.
It is hard to beat it and fill my life with more productive activities. Lately, I've been trying to snap the rubber band on my wrist. We shall see?
