i really feel like s/i-ing right this moment. someone got really mad at me. for asking them to do something. it was just in the next room. and was for them. and was quick. but they got mad. punched my leg a bunch. swung kicks at my face. but didnt touched. punched some more at head. but again didnt touch. showed and shouted such hate. now i just want to. just to feel better. i not going to talk anymore. it just gets me in trouble.

I am sorry someone over-reacted so badly suzzie and triggered you in wanting to SI. But please dont respond to abuse by abusing yourself more. You are worth more than that. Treat yourself with the compassion that you deserve. Hugs.
Thanks for this!

Suzzie,

I know SI'ing makes things feel better, but it doesn't last. Whatever triggered you is still going to be there when you're done. Can you keep posting? Play with us in games? Whatever it takes to get past this bad moment in a safe way?

You're a beautiful person! I know this because you let me see "you" now and again. I treasure those glimpses of you. You're a good person.

That person is not well. Can you get away from them permanently?

So I guess that means that you cannot get away.

Can you at least talk to your therapist about this? I think current abuse has a major impact on our mental health.
