I thought i had control of cutting but lately it's more and more impulsive. I just feel so alone and cutting is the one thing that in a weird way makes everything feel ok. Everything feels so messed up and crazy at least with cutting it's real and a feeling. I need to get control again over this before it ends up worse.

I absolutely understand the way you feel. It's like that one constant thing you can fall back on when you've really hit the bottom and there's nothing else, which unfortunately seems to happen to people like us a lot. I started cutting just recently, I don't know what it feels like to be out of control with it, but it sounds terrible and I really hope you can find a way to help it. Good luck.

Exactly it's one thing that's always there no matter what, it doesn't leave you but it does hurt you. I only say out of control because it's becoming part of my day, when anything goes wrong i cut and i don't want that but stopping it is like quitting smoking a life long battle, yeah it gets easier but never really leave you.

I understand where you're coming from.. I haven't cut for about 6 months now, but when i did, it felt like so much weight was lifted off my shoulders. I actually felt in control of something. Just know that you're the only one that can make the change. By cutting, you're only hurting yourself. Focus on the positive things in your life. I hope things get better for you. Stay strong. <3
