The urge to cut is getting stronger and stronger. That means the longer I hold off, the more it is on my mind. It doesn't seem to work for me that the longer I go the less intense it gets, or how long does that take? It's been over 2 weeks, but just keeps getting more intensely urgent and I'm not sure how much longer I can go. If I give in, at least I won't have to think about it for a while again. Although, my t will be angry with me (guess I could just keep my mouth shut about it).
Thanks, just needed to get this out of me.

Over exercising isn't healthy for you. All you need to do is focus your mind on good hobbies and other things besides cutting. Try to avoid the the things that reminds you of the razor blade or whatever you use.
