This week has been a hard one. Had a major regression, was considering the possiblity of calling 911. Wrote a horrible, nasty, mean letter to my hubby then cut the word "help" into my hand then fell sound asleep. Woke up the next day in a state of shock. I went down so fast and so far. It was as if the last 3 years of therapy never happened. For that 2 hours space of time I was completely lost, heart and soul. The bright side is that I know what the trigger was and I believe that the work I have done will help me to work on taking care of the situation. I am stronger now and truely believe that I deserve better as does my husband. He has taught me much these last few years, it is my turn to return the favor.

Sorry I have not be around much, have been fighting my own demons. I know that I need to learn to reach out when those demons knock on my door instead of retreating into my own little inner cave. Perhaps next time I will be able too.
Take care all, I will be back soon.
Love,
Carrie

Carrie, I am so sorry. I wish you had come here, but you did what you thought was necessary.

Please take care of yourself, and hurry back.......you are missed.

I am sorry this week has been so bad for you

As for me, I would have been better to have stayed in my cave

Love,
Fuzzy

Carrie,

I had noticed not seeing you here in a while, but you have not been absent from my thoughts. Unfortunately, setbacks can happen to any of us. You are stronger now, understand how and why it happens, and have the motivation to fight it. Done poorly Next time maybe you'll be able to reach out for help before doing anything you don't want to do. You know we're here and we care about you. I admire your ability to bounce back - you always do.

Thanks for your replies. I am rather melancholy right now. Have been putting up Christmas decorations. I like putting the things out but it makes me feel sad at the same time. This feeling I can cope with, I know it is temporary and it isn't to awfully uncomfortable as long as it doesn't last too long. The house looks so nice right now.
