I was feeling like cutting ... or worse ... last night, but I got through it. The only real mess I made was on Creative Corner here. So that is a positive I suppose. The night

I've been having a lot of bad memories coming up. If this continues, I need to look for a good T ... if they exist in the UK. I do believe that they are a very rare breed (of fluffy puppy) this side of the pond.

Take care,
Fuzzy

FUzzy...sorry you had such a hard night {{{{hugs}}}} but I AM glad to hear you got through it somehow...I know how hard that can be at the time...and I dont think you "made a mess" at CC...sometimes writing and posting is the little bit that helps us get through and I'm sure most of us understand that.
Why not "start" looking aroudn for a T so you have some resources already at hand when you may need it? It can be a long process to find someone you trust so it wouldnt hurt to look around a bit right?
Sending warm thoughts your way and I hope today is a much better one for you.
Jennifer

I am so sorry to hear that you are having a bad time. Glad you got through it.

I hope that there are some good T's in the UK. It does sound like there are people there with open minds about these things there. This site http://www.siari.co.uk/ is based in the UK - maybe that would be a good place look for information on finding a T there. It's a good website, and one of the first ones I found when I started researching about SI. Kind-of made me wish that I were in the UK where there seemed to be people who understood it.

Fuzzy, please don't wait until it gets so bad that you have to hurt yourself. If you feel that bad, find someone to help you, and talk to us here or something. I hope you feel better.

I'm worried about you. Please let us know you are still with us, okay? Is there something happening that makes you feel so bad, or is it the season, or do you know what it is? Would you like to talk about it? You are welcome to PM me any time you like for any reason. Have you looked into finding a T? Please take care of yourself. I care about you.

Fuzzy, you haven't screwed up. You aren't responsible for other people's thoughts and actions.
