DON'T DON'T DON'T CUT! I just did and it's not worth it! The little relief wasn't worth the anger and frustration and shame I feel now. Please hang on.

Pdoc appointment sucked.

Switched my sleep meds, to a benzo, which i'd rather not do, and won't give me a mood stabilizer again because I used lamictal to od in February.... so instead, I continue to feel like crap

I'm not a T, and I'd make a lousy one. I'm just another cutter trying to make it through life. All I can do is try to give you my support and encouragement. Please protect yourself and feel better soon.
