I have a really bad urge to cut my face...My voices are telling me to do it
and my thoughts are the same ...my husband has gone out to the vets and there are blades here ...Want to cut deeply Help

Hey Aamanee - don't listen to those voices, they will quieten down and go eventually, honestly they will. Has anything happened to make you feel like this?

Aamanee, yes, you don't need to do what the voices are telling you. Do you have a therapist?

I agree....you don't need to listen to the voices at all. Pretend the voices were asking you to eat garbage or poop...naturally you'd say "no way". Let the voices say whatever they want and you can just let them be. If you let them stress you out, the voices have more power. Act like its no big deal and they'll lose their power. I hope your day gets better.

i see my psych next month tried to get a date closer but didn't get one

Glad that you are feeling better. When you write "see my psych" do you mean a pdoc or a therapist?
