i dont post here very often , as i know my wife can read what i write. but doesnt seem to be here a lot so here i am.
i have a problem, i have been feeling very low for a few weeks now and alone with that comes to ideas of self harm.
my problem is i have no one irl to talk too, if i tell my wife she will get all upset and i will lose the freedom around the house that i have, (eg going to the shops on my own or being left home alone) .
my cpn took me off his books back in november due to an inprovment.
i dont know what to do .............

This isn't a short term sort of "fix" but it is something that has helped me is local peer support groups. I don't know of any support groups for SI, but there are lots for depression (I looked at your profile) so finding a local peer support group for depression could give you a lot of help. It's a good reason to get out of the house, and to be around some very supportive people. I will post the links to DBSA and NAMI web pages that will help you find a local support group if you are interested.

Why are you putting yourself between a rock and a hard place? How long do you think that you can keep this from her? You need to contact the team.
