Going through some major changes in my therapy routine soon, my kids are being wild little brats today, I have to go with one adult and six girls (my girl scout troop) all day friday and saturday for a trip...
I'm freaking out about everything. I can't handle my own kids, how will i handle 5 extras?
I want to cut so much right now, to make all the bad thoughts go away. I can't take it anymore

You're brave to take on a group of little girls like that! Hopefully they will do a fair amount of entertaining each other. I don't blame you for being stressed about this, I think anyone would be! I hope it goes well. I believe you can do it.

I'm such a hypocrite, but distract, distract, distract! You're brave for posting instead of just doing it.

Well, i survived the trip... now i am home and have nothing overly distracting going on. I feel so.... just yuck. I don't know how to explain.
Sat here thinking of where i could cut and how to hide it...
I've cut my arms before, but those scars are way too visible with summer and swimming going on, smae with my thighs.
Cutting my stomach just has no effect anymore...
I ended up cutting my ankle/foot area... didn't take much of a cut there and i am calmer... i know the crap is gonna come soon... i'll be back to the ****... but for now... a bit better...

I haven't cut in sometime but when I did feel the urge to I would get an elastic band and pull on that and I found it did work.
Have you tried that?
Also put your favourite movie on too.
Sorry that you cut though. hugs to you.
