Its all just a bit overwhelming and Im having trouble seeing an end to it. Im trying to stay focused on here and now and not on the future for the time being, though Its so tempting because I know if I just made a couple of cuts I would numb out and it wouldnt bother me so much.. |

I know right at this very moment things are the pits. I know it seems like there is no end to it but there is. You may not see it now but tomorrow is a new day. Try to be strong hon. SI is a quick fix but what will help even more is too try to hold on too the fact tomorrow is tomorrow and today will soon pass. I have only gotten to know you but I will tell you what I see already in you is a very compassionate caring person. Please be strong for YOU. BIG HUGS Cher

chery, thanks so much. Sometimes I think even just the fact of posting it here and seeing the replies as to why I shouldnt is better than anything. |
