This is the self-injury forum, not suicide.

I don't know how to help you since you don't have a phone, sorry.

You can e-mail The Samaritans - they don't reply immediately but usually within 24 hours. There are also other on-line support sites where specific for people who are suicidal. I'll find the links and post them. Keep safe - Soup

She's in the US I think. Plus I've used The Samaritans in the past by E-mail when I said I was feeling very suicidal, and they couldn't help at all. They just kept asking the same questions over and over.

There are suicide forums available. Facebook also offers links to chat with an online counselor, for free. You can always email, or chat a friend. If you have a microphone for your computer, you can call from your computer, for free. Also, if you need someone to talk to.(Probably shouldn't say this, but I want to be here, for you. I've been in this spot, and I wish I would've had someone to be there for me.) But, you can email me at bustedandbroken@gmail.com . Don't worry, there's always an option. BUT SUICIDE ISN'T ONE! Don't do something like that, it will be the biggest mistake you could ever make. Everything will get better. I promise. <3 Good luck, love.

There's a lot of links here. http://suicideprevention.wikia.com/wiki/Online ...

I have found help from the Samaritans because they engaged me in conversation. www.samaritans.org

Remember, as others have noted, that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You are important to somebody in this world.
