probably the worst way to cope with anything. it efffin hurt and it still does

I don't think it's neseccarily the worst, but it's not a good way. Excercise, like cutting, releases endorphins and is actually good for you. eating dark chocolate can make you feel better. journaling is a good way to vent. try to find other, healthier ways to cope

Excersize is the best way to get the endorphin high in a healthy way. I wish I was the type that could get into excersizing. Chocolate works too, but it's not that great for your weight.

no it wasnt too bad, it bled alot but that stopped after awhile, its almost heeled which is good

if he cares about you, he'll listen. I don't think it's too much to put on him, but I do think it's too much to keep to yourself.
