After 3 weeks SI free I gave in this morning and cut. It did feel good even if only for a moment but now I feel like crap for doing it. I don't know why I'm confessing to it now, what's done is done right?

If you want to do more, you can always do more. Find more reasons to stop SI once and for all, and you can even add this feeling of regret to your list.

I did the same thing a few weeks ago. I had been SI free for over a year and I just snapped one night at work and did it...I feel so bad about myself for doing it so I know where you are right now. What's important is to remember that yes, it did feel good but it didn't last long and it didn't solve your problem. Maybe that thought will help you be strong and resist the next time. I am hoping it does for me!

It's really big of you to admit that it was wrong to go back to your old ways. That's a major step in recovery, to acknowledge that you should not have done it... but everyone makes mistakes. It's cliche but, thinking that makes me feel better when I indulge in an SI behavior after going a long time without doing it. And usually when I give myself a break I can go for longer periods of time in-between SI behavior and normal behavior. I hope you are OK. Just try to stay strong.
