I sit here, frustrated by a lack of self will and at the same time, falling into the embrace of SI. I have a cut on my knee, from a fall. Had to be irrigated, cauterized (to stop bleeding) and rocks removed. Painful as it was, it triggered old feelings of strength and control. I want to continue that feeling. . .it's more than a want, it's a living, breathing need.
