Hey.. I haven't been on in a while..So I thought I was doing better... It's been 1 month and 16 days since I last cut and i feel like I'm about to break. I just went to my grandpas funeral and I can't function anymore. I just want to give up and have my release but I don't know what's going to happen if I break my recovery. I feel like I need to do it so bad but I've been doing so well restraining myself. i don't know what to do :/ I'm just lost..

It's not worth it to break your recovery. Yes, your grandpa has past on, but would he want you to cut tonight?

I'm so sorry for your loss, dear. Be strong for yourself and for your grandpa. I am so proud of you for holding on and being faithful to your recovery. Don't give up now. If you need to talk, please don't hesitate. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm sorry about your grandpa Ashley. No wonder you want to SI. Grieving is hard. Do you have anyone to share your grief with?
