The last time I cut was 52 days ago, the day I ended up taking myself to the hospital. I haven't really had the urges to cut more than a few times.

All of a sudden today, I really want to, and I know I just want to make the feeling like crying go away. I don't know what's making me want to cry though.

I could talk to my t, and she will tell me just to feel my feelings, but I don't know what the feeling is. I don't know why I feel like crying.

This sucks.

I would suggest talking to your T. Just talking to her could help a lot. And congrats on your 52 days!

Urges are really bad tonight. I found out I am losing extra help with medicare, which means my meds go to their regular copays, which range from $95-250. I can't afford them.
I can't go through another complete med change. This system is going to be the death of me

I just want to cut so I don't care, so i don't think, so i don't freak out for a while

How about getting the meds from the drug companies? Who can you contact to help you with figuring out what to do with this?

going through the med companies has helped me.... search the brand and the drug name for programs. It takes a week (or so) to set up, but it's worth the time, and effort.

Congrats on the 52 days. That's awesome!!!
Thanks for this!

Unfortunately, the $95/month copay one I don't qualify for getting from the drug company because I have insurance. Crappy insurance, but still insurance.
Thanks for this!

I have insurance, and still qualified. Even if you can have one of your meds at a slight discount, can still help
Thanks for this!
