Was feeling very suicidal last week that I had to go to a&e (My GP sent me there) I was seen by the crisis team whom now come and see me every two days.
Today they asked how I was feeling, I told them I was feeling ok but I wasn't, i want then to discharge me, They told me to call them if needed but I can't I don't find them helpful at all. Tonight these feeling have returned, I have just cut myself and I feel suicidal again, I hate myself and I feel worthless. |

Please don't kill your self, and please try not to hurt yourself,
Maybe hospital is the best place for you right now. Do you know why you feel this way? |

Tinkerbell -- you say you didn't find them helpful. Can you go to the hospital or call the least annoying one out of the lot of them for help? Sometimes the safest place for us to be is in the hospital, especially if we're having suicidal thoughts.
Talk to your GP, at the very least. Please, you deserve it. ![]()

Hi Tinkerbell - please be careful about rejecting support at the moment, it sounds like you are finding things tough right now and please if you have any doubts about being able to maintain your safety until you see your T, contact your doctor or emergency services.

You aren't telling them how you truly feel and then wonder why they aren't helping? Seeing you every few days sounds good. Why won't you work with them?
