Don't know why I am wrighting this if anyone even reads and replys to this it will probly be to late. I relly want to self-harm and am serisely conceding more I. Can't call anyone cuse my phone isn't working right and all the online crisis places are curently unavable do any of you know wear I can turn for help I don't want to end up self-harming but I need to I just want to fill better :'( I am afread that if I do self-harm I will go farther than that some one please help

Can you not go for a walk/ run try to keep busy!

I am in the us and as far as going out to run or walk I am afread that If I do I will end up cuting and spacing out if I do.

Have you tried running a really cold bath and sitting in that?

I try very hard to stay away from the tub/shower one I fill like this because it could end up relly bad

try filling a bottle of water and imposing to yourself to drink it all before doing anything (water cools me down and makes me a bit calmer) and take some sheets of paper and a pen and just draw on them what you are feeling. not like a sensical draw. make it abstract. just draw lines without taking the pen off the sheet (yeah make it very messy). pushing the pen very hard on the paper, the sound, the mess that comes up, helps me taking that need of cutting me all out. you might need to fill more than one sheet before being satisfied though.
