My mom and dad ... I had to tell them I cut myself because I told a close friend of mine from church who made me tell them... I regret going along with it. Now that they know I'm depressed, they have been treating me totally different. I've gotten into therapy.
I just don't feel comfortable with all this... *sigh*

Getting things out in the open can feel awkward at first but having things out in the open is a good thing. Keep us posted on how you are doing?

A friend convinced me to tell my parents a few years ago. Still to this day I don't tell anyone very much about anything that comes up mentally.

It still feels awkard to tell anyone, but having a T does help. It's uncomfortable, but if you can find someone that you can trust, then it helps.

Keep us posted.
