I wanted to stop cutting. For my youth leader and my best friend. I really tried. but I felt trapped in my mind. I just wanted to escape, to forget for a minute... so I cut myself. I feel better, but defeated. I'm never going to be able to stop. it's hopeless. I'm hopeless...
I hate myself so much...

You will be able to stop after you work on the issues that are causing you to feel trapped. You have to fix the problem first.
