Had been doing really well for a while. My mood has been getting progressively worse over the last month. So i started cutting again. Like 7 of the last 10 days.

Tonight is really sucking and i really want to cut, and I want to cut deep. I want the other bad ideas in my head to go away, and only cutting deep will make that happen.

I hate this. I've tried a whole bunch of other skills and they're not working

I'm sorry to hear things are rough right now... I can relate. If all else fails, is there someone to call? even if it's a hotline. The idea of cutting deep (and I've totally been there before... recently) is kinda scary and kinda a red flag... I hope you made it through the night ok.

That is great that you have been doing well for a while. How did you make that happen?

Do you understand what made things get worse? (Or maybe you worked previously to make things better and then you went back to the baseline that you have had?)

(You start always feeling bad and then as you work you have periods of feeling better and this increase as you continue to get better).

Or maybe it is because you have been working on issues with T and this can make things worse temporarily due to digging around in issues?

I hope you are feeling better since you posted earlier this morning?

Nothing in t has triggered this, at least not that I can think of. I keep trying to cope, but I feel like I take one step forward and three back.

I am totally overwhelmed by my life right now, it's all I can do to get out of bed in the morning and not give in and swallow a bunch of pills
