triggers



the urge is there, the session was totally not connecting. and i need to feel something. i haven't si'ed in a while, but i need some control... hate this is the only thing that works.

Its good that you have not harmed yourself in a while. Try to remember that if you do, you really aren't helping anything. You might feel better for a day or so, but then comes the guilt and shame, followed quickly by the original problem.

Other things that release the same endorphins are strenuous excercise. That may only be a temporary help too, but at least you won't be hurting yourself, and it might actually help.
