Does anyone else do this?

I can actually see/feel myself cutting and get some relief from the fantasy (not the best word here)? Does anyone else do this?

I also can see feel myself put a gun to my head and pull the trigger when I want to end the bad feelings/thoughts in my head.

No I don't own a gun and haven't cut in years.

I do this sometimes. I didn't SI for 8 years, but throughout that time I thought about it on ocassion, I just always told myself I can't do it.

If this is an alternative at the time to actually cutting (perhaps it replaces the urge to cut?) then it is definately a step in the right direction.
Of course there may be better alternatives but if you can try to pin down an alternative that works for you at the time they come up then these fantasies may fade.

I fantasize about it. Today I resorted t grazing a knife up and down the underside of my arm causing a lot of light red lines. Better than causing a scar.

I use to fantasize about it everyday. I still do most days if I'm honest with myself, but it doesn't consume my thoughts 24/7 anymore. I think it is important to remember that fantasies are always better than reality. They also rarely focus on the consequences and pinpoint only the benefits. They can not be trusted.

If I fantasize about it, I do it. Imagining it triggers me.
