I had a good day. A bit of an argument with a friend has sent me off. I am trying to fight the urges, just ignoring I have things I can use. But I feel like I am failing a one sided battle. It's me wanting to cut. It's me not wanting to. There is no outside force.

I don't feel like I deserve good things.

hi, many people have the desire to self harm when they are hurting. what can you do to distract yourself? some people take an icecube and run it across their skin to simulate the pain of cutting. have you tried that? or you could always try reading a book, watching a funny movie, or escape to the Games forum here on PC. give it a try. it is a fun way to make friends with other threadies. hang in there and take care of yourself.

Thank you for the advice. I haven't tried the ice trick in a while, so I may give that a go tonight. Doing the best I can to stay distracted and calm.
