...practically because of my landlord telling me what a piece of **** I am. I actually believed it so I rang my crisis team to talk me out of suicide.

I mean...

It WAS awful and dangerous...
I hurt myself.
The care worker on the phone parted with me saying "it's been a pleasure..."
GOD! I phoned in so that I may not to kill myself! Was it a ****ing pleasure???

Gosh...

I really do think everyone is taking the mickey out of me.

edda, i'm glad you rang them and hope they could help ... but really sorry the person you spoke with ended the conversation that way
not really fitting for such a painful and difficult conversation as the one you were having
does the team stay in regular contact with you when you are in crisis?
