i was so pissed this morning that i decied to cutt again..... then i went to sleep ..and i feel better... .saying to myslef wtf have u done that to urself and them again for....... i wish i could take it back...... regretting regretting

Sleep always makes me feel better. Then I wake up and it's reality. Don't get down on yourself for the cutting. Just makes you feel guilty and then that horrible feeling has to be taken care of. Take care of the cutts and keep them clean.

But don't get down on your self. Just blame it on the full moon that's coming up on friday. That's what I'm blaming everything on today.
