It seems that it always happens this way. No matter what happens, I always turn my wrath inward and want to hurt myself. I start having obsessive thoughts about SH. I can imagine how it feels and what my legs would look like as blood comes out in sheets. I don't understand what is wrong with me. Why are my thoughts so violent and my anger always turned inward? I'm handling the urge at the moment, executing my crisis plan and reaching out and distracting till the urge subsides but it is so f***ing hard. I want to give up.

I direct it inwards too. Its just almost a reflex for me! Hang in there, keep on at your crisis plan.

I'm actually really happy to hear you are using your crisis plan... It's awful, but you'll get through it, and I know I'll be sticking around for you, as well as other people on here... Fortunately, you have found this page which can be a constant source of understanding and open ears for you... I'm here for you, just as you have been for me lately...

Thank you. Friends and support people are a rare thing for me (too scared to let anyone in for fear of being rejected), so it means a lot to know that even with all my crazy posts that you'd offer support.

Thanks. It's helpful. I called my grandma and told her some positive things going on in life, distracted with cleaning my house and dinner preparation, and reached out here, and the urge has started to fade. I'm glad I stuck with it even when I wanted to say f*** it and let my emotions drive my behavior.

My anger is always directed at myself..I immediately think punish myself verbally or otherwise. :/. I'm too scared to be mad at anyone lest they leave me for it :/
I'm here if you need to talk, stay strong.
