I feel so strange without cutting. I haven't limited myself for so long. My skin on my arms and thighs feels like its itching, crawling. I can't stand this. I don't know. Is it really so bad? What if I'm just super careful? What if just tiny cuts? I feel like crying, I can't stand this itching!

![]() Also, can you put in place some distraction/coping strategies for when the urges are strong? They can often help you get through until the urges start to lessen again. |

Its just been buzzing at the back of my mind for days. Whats worse, I have to try and study for finals, and this is really distracting me! I try to take brakes doing coping methods, and using enjoyable distractions but that just takes up my study time!
I've passed all of my classes, but my last exam is tomorrow, and I have barely studied! Urgh!!! |
