I always think of it like waves in the ocean..they come on quickly and overwhelm but can recede just as quickly as well.

today has been completely horrible!! im depressed and stress eating! and im moody and sad and just wanna cry. I cant keep myself awake or motivated really. I did tell my T I was safe today. I feel urge to si again. im not so much anxious but just stressed. id like to escape. I want a flipping break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it would be nice to get a break...just breathe and take those mini breaks whenever you can...distract whenever you can and just be really conscious of the time you take when you are distracting yourself and try to enjoy those moments.
