I was so angry this past week, I doubled my right fist up and punched myself in the head. I left knots and the bruise is still visible.
I had to say I was by a household door. Before I punched myself in the head, I had already pounded it over and over again with the palm of my hand. It sent a wave of stunned fury through my head and altered my vision briefly. Who does this!! I wish all the positive things about me out shined the negative. |

i do head banging/punching too. Sounds like you might do it 'harder' than i typically do it.
*HUGS* to you. Sounds like you could use more hugs and less harm. So, if i am not too revolting - I offer a friend hug to you anytime you need one. |

I'm having a bad patch lately. I'm just overwhelmed and feel unable to help myself out. I think I'll get back on the top shortly. Just off loaded what is happening in my world to this world has been help in itself.
