do any of you out there notice these same things happen around your panic attack or anything?
i;m hoping this thursday i can talk about this with my therapist.

Hope all is well with you guy's and Peace

I try to take my anti anxiety meds before I get an panic attack, they seem help a lot more before than during

Sorry, virtual hugs is the best I can do! Do you need to talk? I'd be happy to keep you company until you feel a little better. Do you need medical attention for your cut(s)?

it's alright you're working on it. I tend to get shaky and kind of just lose it. Everything feels like it's in HD but at the same time crazy fuzzy. And cutting tends to bring everything back into focus.

But there are a lot of other things that I've found that help with that as well. Normally when I'm feeling like I'm slowly heading into my crazy zone I try to go read something (usually rereading really good fanfiction or my favorite books) or play a video game. Keeping your mind actively engaged and your hands moving really helps me. If you don't let your body and mind get to the point where it drives you mad, then it helps stop the accumulation of panic.
Thanks for this!

Thank you I love playing video games and reading fanfiction. I will definitely remember that. Just bought Skyrim and bioshock infinite. They were both together for $29

Niiiiice! And hmm I guess it really depends? I have a PS3 but a lot of my friends have the xbox360 and I've been moving to computer instead of console because of mods and etc. But yeah haha. I don't care where I play as long as I can play. You might like Mass Effect and I always recommend playing The Last of Us (ps3). Skyrim is amazing though and so is Bioshock infinite lemme know how you like them!
