I try to take my anti anxiety meds before I get an panic attack, they seem help a lot more before than during

Are you ok? I know that's a dumb question, but I'm worried about you!

Sorry, virtual hugs is the best I can do! Do you need to talk? I'd be happy to keep you company until you feel a little better. Do you need medical attention for your cut(s)?

![]() But there are a lot of other things that I've found that help with that as well. Normally when I'm feeling like I'm slowly heading into my crazy zone I try to go read something (usually rereading really good fanfiction or my favorite books) or play a video game. Keeping your mind actively engaged and your hands moving really helps me. If you don't let your body and mind get to the point where it drives you mad, then it helps stop the accumulation of panic. |

Niiiiice! And hmm I guess it really depends? I have a PS3 but a lot of my friends have the xbox360 and I've been moving to computer instead of console because of mods and etc. But yeah haha. I don't care where I play as long as I can play. You might like Mass Effect and I always recommend playing The Last of Us (ps3). Skyrim is amazing though and so is Bioshock infinite
