I will not cut because of some fleeting thought. I will not harm myself. No matter how tempting it might be to do something stupid. (using that term lightly) Its been years and shouldn't mess it up now.

I was thinking about getting sleeve tattoos to cover up i've been doing so well.

It won't do any good to harm. No good at all. Just a few moments of relief. I don't need relief. I need to be less bored. This depression is killing me.

Well done! Attempting to fight it is one of the hardest steps to take. Your right, it won't do any good. Can you make other use of your energy, turn it in to something more beneficial/productive?

the only thing i can think to do of is play world of warcraft.... its 3 am and there's not much else to do. I tried texting a friend but its late and they're not answering. So i'm just surfing the forums. Trying to think of something worthwhile to post.

How about a bit of exercise for some release - You can quietly excercise at 3am? Squats? I watched tv and hula hooped the other night

Company but in the meantime try coming up with a suitable method of energy expenditure (if exercise isn't your thing!) as a fall back to expel the urge.
I usually suggest cold showers to stall it it's usually effective!!
