A bunch of stuff happened, and now cutting has become an everyday thing. My thighs are ruined and bloody. It's gotten worse. I thought it was supposed to get better. The cuts look disgusting and gruesome. I've fallen apart and just about given up.

Hi Italian, really sorry you're feeling this way but just because things haven't got better doesn't mean that they can't in time. It sounds like you've been through are going through a lot. And, to need more help with what you've gone through/are going through is OK.
As for how the cuts look, well they don't need to define you, to define who you can be. There's a whole lot more to you than that. Please don't judge yourself on them, you're in pain right now, and deserve help/support to be able to move forward.
If you want to talk more...................right here.

There's no shame in asking for help. It shows real Strength. If you want it bad enough, you will find a way to change. It's possible.

I'm so sorry that you're going through such an awful time right now. Remember that things can't keep getting worse forever...even if you hit rock bottom, you'll have nowhere to go but up. You can get through this. And asking for help is okay - maybe you could talk to someone, like a therapist or a friend. That might really help.

If you want to talk more, feel free to send me a message. Hang in there!

Don't give up. You said it's become an every day thing which means that at one point it was not. Maybe you won't get back to there right away... maybe you need to have a shorter goal in mind (e.g., not cutting for ___ minutes/hours, etc).. but you can get back there. And until then, just try and be as gentle with yourself as you would be with others.

You can do this
