I had a dream that I was self harming last night and now that I'm awake it's all I want to do. My cousins wedding is coming up so I can't because I don't want to be at a wedding with cuts but oh I want to cut. I miss it and I think about it so often and I have so many reasons why I think I should but that stupid wedding.
It's also kind of funny how my dad wants to kick me out so I want to cut but I'm afraid if I cut he'll kick me out... Oh I don't know all I know is I've been laying in bed for nearly two hours daydreaming and debating it.

FYI I'm having a wedding come up and it's not pleasant to not be able to hide your cuts. Keep the temptation on the down low if you can since you'll beat yourself up even more if you have those cuts visible at the wedding.

I have had dreams like that, and they are very triggering

Did you stay in bed for two hours after you woke up from that dream? If so, I would imagine that would just make the dream thoughts stay longer. Try and get up and do things to get it off your mind. Distractions are really the only thing that stops me from SI'ing...

I ended up staying in bed three hours after I woke up but that was just because my dad wants me to pay him today and indoor have any money so I was avoiding him. And also I wanted to sleep more it was early. But yeah it didn't help the thoughts to just lay there but it's good that I'm lazy because I hate getting out of bed to self harm lol. It's difficult for me to get to my blades and that works well to stop me
