TRIGGER WARNING TRIGGER TRIGGER TRIGGER
I can't even go deep enough. I never have the right tools. I failed at cutting and it really pisses me off. ![]() I don't even know where to do it anymore because I dont wanna hide my arms anymore but I want the chance to 'accidentally' go too deep, hit a vein and bleed out. How did my life become this? Does this ever end? |

There is no right or wrong way to sh... it's not failing, actually it's a win. The general aim is to move to healthier coping skills. I'm sorry it's frustrating you so much right now... can you speak to your t about it? It sounds like you are looking for an "accidental" sui method. Might be good to talk about what is bringing that about.
Sorry I'm not really supportive right now... I'm sure none of that is what you want tp hear right now. It's tough to feel like a failure even with things that are supposed to make you feel better. Maybe this is an opportunity to find something positive that helps? |

First I totally understand how u feel about the falling thing. About 2 years ago I tried to take my life and obviously it didn't work. I felt like a major failure who couldn't do anything right, not even that. As far as going deep enough my T told me that on your wrists its almost impossible to go deep enough because u have to get through the tendons which immediately makes ur hand unusable. U didn't fail. I agree with thiswayout, it really is a win even if u don't see as one right now. Hope u feel better and make it through the rough times.
