I absolutely love all of the ideas people have come up with instead of self-harm. But, (I don't know this could just be me), I like the actually pain part. I like feeling the pain. I have thought of kickboxing, or something. I don't know, I need some other ideas that are potentials for pain. (The good kind, not harmful)

I guess working out can give you kind of a burning feeling just don't over do it or it can become somewhat of an obsession

I was actually looking into a kick boxing class but it cost the same as what I was spending on T and I wasn't willing to quit (working part time I could only afford one). So, I actually think kick boxing is a GREAT idea!!

Swimming burns a lot of calories and wears you out (you leave hungry and muscles heavy lol) but also relaxing and personally, I'm a big fan of the water.

You could do zumba, aerobics, tae kwon do, bike riding (ooh thats pain for me; especially on hills). I hear running has a lot of burn in it.

I'm kind of out of shape so I can't give you much more haha. But I hope you find some good techniques!
