About 3 months!!! Getting my tattoo has really helped w/the urge. I just look at it on my wrist..."breathe". It's been helping so that's all I care about

I made it through the night. I think it's probably been around 3 months since I've done anything that I would count as properly harming myself.

I wish I knew exactly how long it's been. 3-4 months maybe, and recently it's been getting harder ever day. So far I've managed to avoid it though.

Just keep trying, once you go a certain amount of time it gets a lot easier and isn't in your head all the time. I went a few years without it and only fell into it again because of meds I was put on. It'll get easier and you'll get stronger, so keep trying.

Three days ago, however I didn't really self-harm, but I did I guess. I accidentally ran my arm into a sharp corner of the the table top, but after a while I did it on purpose. So I guess I did self-harm a little.

Two days. Just did it on my finger a little because my boyfriend would freak out if he saw anything. I figured the side of my fingers wouldn't be that noticeable. It's really hard not to do more.
