and if you're wondering why i'm saying comes after 4, etc etc, it's because 5 days is too short of a message. (for some reason) and i need something to fill the extra space

I had a massive wobble, I imagined doing it, felt the sting, saw the blood, cleaned the wound. I wanted to, but I didn't.
Strange I thought about beating instead but I don't want to do that at all, that was easy to resist in comparison. Keep going everyone, you are here and trying to hold that is what counts. |

Another month, that means I'm now 3 years 10 months free. Somehow. It's been so hard lately but the thought of anyone accidentally seeing and getting mad at me for it all over again is stopping me. And cos it's been so long. And cos I'm just too tired anyway to get back into all of that, having to hide and lie, I just don't have the strength right now. 2 more months and it will be 4 years (I hope) I guess I'll just aim for that now when I feel weak.

Imalooney: You had a setback after a period of sustained excellence: 1 1/2 years! No one can take that fine work away from you. You did really really well!
If you feel like now you are sinking to more self-injury, perhaps think about what helped you keep clean for 1 1/2 years. Maybe some of those skills/methods can be applied right now. |

It was 5 weeks
