I never tried it but found it on a website....if anyone tries it ...let me know how it goes!!!

BLEND 1

Clary sage 10 drops
Veltiver 8 drops
Grapefruit 12 drops

Blend 2

Frankincense 15 drops
Geranium 5 drops
Sandalwood 5 drops

Use 8 drops of blend to bath or diffuser, or 3 drops on a tissue to be inhaled. Or add entire blend to 1 0z base oil (almond, sunflower, safflower etc) for a massage oil.

OOH, this I HAVE to try. I want to use the second one... I love those smells. Aromatic therapy to help with aggression towards oneself Thanks!
