At work and there is no one at home - I don't want to be alone. Those once close seem far away.
My mind has had intrusive thoughts...wishing they weren't there...I'm afraid to be by myself. What will I do to keep my mind of these horrible thoughts. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I know but am too warn down to want to do it, tired of reaching out, tired so very tired

sorry you are having a hard time. When the obtrusive thoughts just keep coming it can feel so overwhelming. Do you have any relaxation techniques that work for you? I have some that work for me, but when I feel overwhelmed I also sometimes can't make myself make the effort.
